The Holy Family Catholic School is seeking to appoint a Parental Engagement Worker. The Holy Family Catholic School is committed to supporting colleagues with a positive work/life balance. We are seeking a Family Liaison Officer to strengthen partnerships between school, families and external agencies, ensuring every child can access education and achieve positive outcomes.
Job Advert & Description
The successful candidate will play a vital role in building strong relationships between home and school, ensuring families feel supported, informed and empowered to engage with their child’s education. With a particular focus on vulnerable learners, you will act as a trusted point of contact for parents and carers, helping to identify barriers to engagement with school life and supporting families to access the help and services they need.
