In this academic year 2020 / 2021 the Holy Family school is offering personal careers guidance to all Y10 students who were unable to access a careers interview in Y9 due to lockdown, as part of the statutory Gatsby Benchmarks. This is taking place in a number of ways.
- The appointment of an internal career guidance advisor part time (Mr Philip Cowen)
- Access to Start Profile online in school and at home
- Labour market information in assemblies
- Information about local colleges
- Information about apprenticeships
- A personal interview with an impartial, external Careers advisor from Aspire –igen / Shine
